WAYNE, Pa. - June 25, 2008 - Warren Hunter, Chairman and CEO of DMW Worldwide LLC, announced that Janet Hagner, former Supervisor of Lettershop Operations for the agency's ReAct Fulfillment Center, has assumed full responsibility for the center's operations.
Hagner began her DMW career as a part-time night-shift hand stuffer in 2001 and quickly assumed responsibility for supervising the night-staff operation. In 2004 she moved to day shift to supervise hand-stuffer operations. Two years later she was promoted to Supervisor of Lettershop Operations for the ReAct Center.
"Janet has proven a tremendous asset to our fulfillment center operation," said Hunter. "She is the ideal manager to continue to lead and facilitate its growth."
The ReAct Center has become a critical component of DMW's business model, with much of the work performed supporting "event marketing" programs targeted at specific segments of the population.
The mainstay of the ReAct Center has been its ability to turn out specialized fulfillment work - primarily hand assembly - accurately and in a timely fashion. The sources of these requests include mail, television, and telephone. The direct marketing campaigns are created, executed, and managed by DMW for its clients. ReAct Center employees work in flexible and expanding shifts to ensure that clients' needs are met on time and on budget.
