DMW Worldwide Taps Eric Righter as Human Resources Manager
WAYNE, Pa. — March 3, 2008 — Warren Hunter, Chairman and CEO of DMW Worldwide LLC, announced that the agency has hired Eric Righter, PHR, as Human Resources Manager.
Prior to joining DMW, Righter was Human Resources Manager for Zavata, Inc., where he supported 300 employees in several states. Before that he was a Human Resources Generalist for Wire One Communications, responsible for recruiting as well as generalist functions. He also had been a Human Resources Generalist for Northwestern Human Services, where he counseled management and employees on company policy and procedure, employment law, and bargaining agreements.
“Eric has a well-rounded background in many areas of human resources, including recruitment and orientation, training and development, colleague morale, open enrollment, and employee law,” said Hunter. “These are all areas important to a growing agency such as DMW, so we’re fortunate to have someone of Eric’s caliber on board.”
Righter holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from Temple University and is a professional member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
