DMW WORLDWIDE BRINGS TONY FIGORSKI ON BOARD TO MANAGE REACT CENTER

Seasoned manager to keep fulfillment center focused on its
continuing growth.

Wayne, Pa. — November 26, 2007 — Direct response advertising agency DMW Worldwide LLC announced that it has hired Tony Figorski as General Manager of the ReAct Center, the agency’s mail fulfillment center located on the Boulevard of the Generals in Norristown, Pa.

With more than 20 years of hands-on experience in commercial printing and direct mail, Figorski comes to DMW from Piccari Press, Inc. where he worked his way through the ranks from Pre-Press Manager to Vice President of Operations/Plant Manager. Figorski also worked in various pre-press operations and management roles for Baum Printing and Waldman Graphics. Figorski’s current role is to lead the ReAct Center, which is a critical component of DMW’s business model.

While the Trooper section of Norristown is currently experiencing a public transformation from an industrial park into a destination including upgraded office space and retail, DMW’s ReAct Center has been quietly growing to support its clients’ expanding and high-demand marketing programs. The facility, recently expanded from 12,000 to 18,000 square feet, is primarily focused on the daily fulfillment of agency clients’ direct marketing campaigns.

Much of the work performed at the ReAct Center supports “event marketing” programs targeted at specific segments of the population, explained Gina Kneib, the agency’s Executive Vice President of Print Production and Fulfillment. “This includes the timely delivery of requested health insurance materials into the hands of seniors,” said Kneib. The introduction of the federal government’s Medicare Part D drug program, for example, provided a tremendous growth opportunity for the ReAct Center, as many of DMW’s clients are part of the health care marketing industry.

Mark Mandia, DMW’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, said, “We are thrilled to welcome Tony onto our management team to lead this key agency division. The ReAct Center truly completes our agency’s full-service client proposition. Tony brings great experience in printing, pre-press, fulfillment, and warehouse management, as well as advertising agency interface expertise.”

Mandia further commented that Figorski will team up with ReAct Center Operations Manager Janet Hagner to lead the veteran staff through the Center’s current growth phase. “Janet has been a constant, stabilizing force in this fast-paced, high-transaction, high-volume fulfillment environment. Janet and Tony will be an asset to the organization as they work as a team.”

The mainstay of the ReAct Center has been its ability to turn out specialized fulfillment work — primarily hand assembly — accurately and in a timely fashion. The source of the requests include mail, television, and telephone. The direct marketing campaigns are created, executed, and managed by DMW for its clients. ReAct Center employees work in flexible and expanding shifts to ensure that clients’ needs are met on time and on budget.

“The staff at the ReAct Center prides itself on supporting our clients’ needs quickly and efficiently,” said Kneib. “We’re proud to have Tony lead this group as we continue to meet growing needs and leverage new technologies in providing cost-effective solutions.”
